Jejich odtah nebrat! Lžou a chovají se arogantně.
Za odtah si účtují dvojnásobné ceny a různé příplatky, cenu předem není možné zjistit a když jim odmítnete doplatit 1200Kč (naúčtovali si 6200Kč za hodinu odtahu s vyproštěním, kdy polovinu času dělali něco jiného), tak Vám hrozí tím, že Vám zabaví Vaše vlastní auto. Kvůli 1200Kč za dvojnásobné ceny!
Po nehodě zavoláte na asistenci a netušíte, jaká odtahovka přijede. Tyhle si nenechte asistencí k nehodě v okolí Trutnova poslat a trvejte na někom jiném!

Domluvena oprava špatného startování u vozidla, pán nabídl nový startér značky Bosch, prý by se oprava nevyplatila (cena dílu v autokelly 5500) účtována cena 9800 včetně montáže. Po půl roce problémy se startováním, dáno do servisu do Vysokova u Náchoda a tam zjistili, že startér nový nebyl, pouze repasovaný díl a vůbec ne značky Bosch. Pána jsem po zjištění kontaktoval a nechtěl se k tomu vyjadřovat..

After half a year, problems with starting, put into service in Vysokov near Náchod, and there they found out that the starter was not new, only a refurbished part and not the Bosch brand at all.
