I brought a gaming laptop for the replacement of the thermal paste and the overall cleaning, which reached 90-97 ° C without a cooling pad under load (after a year). The service took place at my request while you waited (I brought the laptop at 9 am, it was ready to be picked up at 1 pm) and the temperatures now reach slightly above 60 ° C during the load. At the same time, I was willing to get answers from each of the questions I asked them from the service staff. At least thank you for the work done, I can only recommend the service.

I have never experienced to come to a company and the first thing that was, so that I get scolded for buying a different brand than the service prefers ... I came there with MSI for the first time, so I understood that they still I don't have to like it .. But when I came there with Lenovo or DELL, I couldn't wait to tell me what the TOP brand they prefer is according to the service just kept it from laughing out loud ... dear MASCAT, I don't know if acer pays you for any advertising, ... but ACER has never been a premium and has never been recognized as good by the community or experts - thank God the top brand .. . Take a look at any statistics of satisfaction and failure of the laptop, and acer is how many? Ha last? In fact, I've been thinking for a long time if you want to write this review, but your arrogance at the level of demand is calling to heaven and I'm glad I avoided you .... Not to mention that you'll include me with an incredible number of questions that are completely out of the question, like if I'm aware that the SATA3 SSD is many times slower than NVMe and that I bought the wrong one and preferred to buy a bigger NVMe and I'm probably an absolute idiot. ... Again - dear MASCAT, I recommend going out and checking the reality from time to time, because you will find that although the NVMe interface is several times faster than SATA3, due to PCIe approach, but in real use the difference is completely negligible, because the baud rate is no bottleneck .. and that if you take the real work with IO and it is just whether it is a HRA or some installation, then the difference is around 8-12%. Have a nice day and maybe try to think sometimes, if it is right to tell the customer that he did not buy your Acer from your wet dreams.

I have been going to Mascat for more than ten years with easy but also tricky questions and problems. I am always offered several options, which I choose based on the advice provided. I warmly recommend.

It feels like an abuse of a customer who doesn't understand computers, so I can't recommend the company.

For me, clearly the only option when it comes to buying and servicing a PC and everything related to it. A professional and pro-customer approach combined with a huge willingness and effort to help make every visit a pleasant experience. I have never had the slightest problem, including a complaint, which was handled quickly and without a single problem. If you are considering buying computer equipment, then try to visit Mascat, you will not shop elsewhere.
