★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výjimečně neochotný, až arogantní personál. Starší prodavač mi odmítl spočítat kolik by stálo zboží, když jsem nakupoval elektromateriál a rozhodoval se mezi dvěma variantami (3 ks zboží). Jindy zase mladý prodavač nabídl pouze nejdražší verzi zboží, a když jsem při placení zahlédl verzi levnější, která pro moje potřeby bohatě stačila, neodpustil si komentář, že kupuju šunt a že tomu vůbec nerozumím... Takže pohrdání zákazníkem tu patří evidentně ke standardu.
Exceptionally reluctant, even arrogant staff. An older salesman refused to calculate how much the goods would cost when I bought electrical materials and decided between two variants (3 pieces of goods). At other times, the young seller offered only the most expensive version of the goods, and when I saw the cheaper version when paying, which was enough for my needs, he did not forgive himself for commenting that I buy shunt and that I do not understand it ... So contempt for the customer is obviously standard.
