Už nikdy nepřijdu. Nobody notices you here, you can wait for 20 minutes before they ask you what you need when you are lucky and they will notice you at all, and you wait there alone and the staff still walks around and pretends that you are not here. I will never come again.

Vždy čekám 10-20 minut. V porovnání s konkurencí, je to opravdu výsměch zákazníkovi. Je tu hodně prostoru pro zlepšení. Professional sales of metallurgical material, so a large assortment as it is here is an obligation. Only a waiting area for customers greatly spoils the overall impression. I always wait 10-20 minutes. Compared to the competition, it's really a mockery of the customer. There is a lot of room for improvement.
A	Aleš Janouch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na materiál sice musíte počkat, ale vzhledem k tomu, že nečekáte na salám v sámošce a sklad má i jiné objednávky (pokaždé tam vidím nakládat různé přepravní společnosti) se dá pochopit, že skladník nesekne s jinou prací jen proto, že si tam nakráčím. Jen v zimě je tam v otevřené hale zima :) Výběr velký, personál řádně proškolený a u slečny na pokladně bonbóny :) You have to wait for the material, but since you are not waiting for the salami in the bag and the warehouse has other orders (I always see different transport companies loading there), it can be understood that the warehouseman will not cut with other work just because I walk there. Only in winter is it cold in the open hall :) Large selection, staff properly trained and candies at the checkout :)
