★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, there is a girl working at the reception who tried to deceive me today. We came to a trial lesson with a friend and did not know the rules, according to which locks with keys are issued against a deposit. Initially, we planned to take two lockers and they demanded a deposit of 200 crowns from us, which we immediately paid. Then they asked for 20 kroons for each lock, because I didn’t have small money, my friend paid and we decided to use one locker for two, while making a deposit for 2 lockers - 200 kroons.
During training, I remembered this and was confident in the decency of the employees. But what was my surprise when the girl at the reception tried to return 100 crowns to me, while saying - 1 locker - 100 crowns. At the same time, she looked into my eyes and remembered very well that I gave her 200 crowns. To my request to check the cameras, she replied that she could do it only next week.
In the end, this employee gave me back 200 crowns, saying that this is her 200 crowns, I will return them to you, but this is my money.
What a rudeness!!!
I planned to continue going to this fitness club, but now I will not. For everyone who wants to go there. - be careful.
And I advise the club to check the cameras.
