Once your booking is confirmed, cancellation policies apply. Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 50% charge. Cancellation on the day of the treatment or a no show will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carlo IV Wellness & Spa is a unique place ... SPA is located in historic areas, and especially the use of the pool, which is situated under the vaults, is an amazing experience.
The whole environment is very well maintained, clean, there are various small things that make your stay more pleasant - all cosmetics, in each cabinet bathrobe, slippers, bag for wet swimsuit.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help.
I greatly appreciate the management of this SPA complex by Jakub Koniar, he is always visible at work and is involved in every activity that needs to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having lived in Prague for over 8 years and having visited several wellness places, I recently found the Boscolo Spa located in the basement of the Boscolo Prague Hotel. They offer one time entries and also memberships. The spa includes a very warm 20 meter pool, whirlpools, sauna, steam room and a fitness centre. The fitness centre is also very well equipped. I have had 3 different massages by different masseurs and they have all been of a high quality. I highly recommend this place and personally believe it is the best in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Spa is truly beautiful - I have never seen such a relaxing wellness. the pool with mosaic floor is stunning. I also tried their signature massage - Tranquility ritual and I loved it! The therapist was great, all the staff were making me feel so special, made my experience at the Spa very comfortable and unique.
I will definitely come back soon and maybe even become a Member in their Spa Club

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice swimming pool and spa but need to reserve it until the end of Covid-19 pandemic. But please inform guests about policy of using sauna.. A few guys took a shower at open shower booth in naked. Quite embarrassed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited Prague, I visited the Carlo IV Wellness & Spa twice, the first time as a hotel guest, and the second time as an external spa customer. I saw Veronika both times, first for a remedial massage, and then for a hot-rocks "lava" treatment, a couple of weeks later.
My advice is to make full use of the hour in the spa before your massage, or even arrive earlier to sneak in a few minutes more. It is amazing. Hot sauna & cold ice bath, a light swim in the pool/jacuzzi or just relax on a deck chair with iced lemon water. There's a steambath too, but I didn't feel the need to use it. This is what spas are all about. The ambience is relaxing, and the dim blue lights let the mind wind down and the muscles relax.
Veronika is extremely knowledgeable, and receptive to your needs. She is professional and comfortable to be around at the same time. Her pressure is not agonisingly "deep", but it is deep enough to have a lasting effect with surprisingly little pain - even after walking the city (and other cities) for weeks. She definitely knows what she's doing. The rooms are big, luxurious and comfortable. Expect to pay accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had 1h couple’s massage with Martin and Esther. My boyfriend was incredibly pleased with Martin. Esther’s massage was good as well but towards the end it felt like she wanted to get it over with and she was not as careful and invested as Martin was. But I enjoyed it nonetheless, we didn’t even realize how the hour passed.
The room and the atmosphere were incredible.
Loved the pool as well.
The communication was easy and professional.
Overall, it was a 5* experience and I’d highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, but the pool was under renovation, which we were not informed about before hand by neither the hotel or the travel booking agent Travellink. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this particular hotel, since we were traveling with children. No compensation from the Hotel or from the booking agent. Do not book this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa area.
