Několikrát se nám stalo, že se chovala arogantně, neochotně a zcela určitě neví, co tam vlastně prodává. při dotazu na malé reprobedýnky k telefonu nás posílá, ať si je jdeme koupit do elektra Okay, přitom je má přímo za svým pozadím. Nezapomněla nám zdůraznit, že její pracovní doba končí za 15 minut a že už s námi nehodlá teď nic řešit. Nějaká ochota a úcta k zákazníkovi, který tam chce utratit peníze? absolutní nezájem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den,již několikrát jsem navštívil tuto prodejsu/servis mobilních telefonu a vždy mi bylo ve všem naprosto vyhověno,který koli prodávající vždy skvěle připraven vám vše vysvětlit,poradit a nikdy vás neodmítnout.
Dokonce i když jsem dojel z Uherského Hradiště byly ochotni semnou strávit čas i po pracovní době. asi se divíte proč jezdím Z Uherského Hradiště až do Uherského Brodu??? Nedivte se neboť tento servis je velmi dobry a vždy prodávající ochotni. Mužu říci že v UH. tak dobrý servis není. Tím bych chtěl poděkovat majiteli a všem pracovníkum prodejny/servisu a popřát mnoho uspěchu do dalších let.
