Téměř okamžitě vyřízení online objednávky ( v 6h objednáno v 8h připraveno k výdeji ) Ochotný personál. Skvělé ceny. S nákupem u MBTerm jsem maximálně spokojen.

Unfortunately, cannot recommend at all. Ordered a fireplace (and was very looking forward to receive it!), paying quite a big sum of money 16800kc right away. No communication from the shop afterwards unless when they responded to my own query (always very dry and generic). I understand that the delivery times from the manufacturer can change and are outside for shop's control but should it be really the client who should be trying to find out out about what is causing the delay and not vice versa? Instead of that after more than a week of delay of the goods the shop sends a customer satisfaction survey, which I filled out 100% honestly (giving a bad review and stating that I am still waiting for the goods and that the communication of the shop was not satisfactory). Received a generic email from Gopay on the next day that they the money is being sent back (no email from the shop, though). Sent an email to the shop check whether it is some kind of mistake or they indeed cancelled my order w/o a warning. They shop replies without any apologies stating that they have cancelled due to "the lack of understanding of the current situation (what? would be 100% understanding if this was communicated to me!) and unnecessary damage of reputation"(Speechless! Why even send that satisfaction survey if they don't want to know my honest answer (considering that they package has not been yet delivered!) and how can this be a good reason to cancel the order from a client who already paid in full?), Not even mentioning hat unpleasant feeling that such a money was kept for a month there when they could have been invested/spent otherwise. In short I have never had such a terrible customer experience in my life and would advise you to stay away.
