★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why call it a ‘Drive-through ‘ when, after placing an order, one has to be instructed to take a 6 minute wait at the entrance where there is no parking before the order is served? What’s worse is the disrespectful staff who would treat a customer like a punching bag for all of their daily work frustrations.
After my first experience, I fail to find the motivation to recommend this particular McDonald’s Drive-through. The most important reason being:- poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit outdated interior. Service as expected from well trained staff. Upstairs seating area has a view of the main Letná road. Overall experience below average compared to other McDonald's outlets.

But yeah. I like the structure of the shop and it's peaceful, so far the people who have taken my order are respectful. And the interior of the place is awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Often issues with the service. Today I ordered a 1955 burger and ended up with a cheese burger... Indeed, not the same price for the taste.
Would not recommend this place.
