E	Esha Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this twice as they have veg burger options. Overall review includes nice food nice seating area. Only thing is no lift incase you are with kids and carrying pram. Few seatings are provided on same level but it's mostly occupied.
K	Katarina Ciernavova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so firstly, there is no real mccafe so the coffee is not that tasty but still good. Secondly, if you need WC, you must pay for it. We wanted to scan QR after we paid, but there was no scan. So we had to pay 20kč for each. I do not wanna be mean, however, in Bratislava, tha capitol that is not so popular as Prague, there is a system for scanning the code when you are a customer. And so, we had the 20kč tickets(almost 1€) so we "could" order again. However, we wrote the review(really polite, we were much nicer as satisfied) and so my boyfriend wanted the pie with a discount we got. So we wanted to pay with that toilet ticket and the girl refused to accept it. So I tried to order Brownie without discount and she told me she doesn't have it....neither offering anything else.... So no free toilets for customers and when you pay for toilets, you cant even use it to pay for cheap products...?There is nothing written in the ticket" possible to use only for these...products" And they do not have enough products? Really? I worked in Mcd for few years and this is not how the servis shoud be... However, the restaurant was very clean and nice and the other crew members smiled. :)

About 10 minutes later (still drinking the drink I ordered here), the manager (Lukas) and two other employees legit confronted my fiancé and I and told us to get out. First he spoke in Czech, and we speak English. After we looked confused, he said, “did you eat here, the lobby is for customers only.” Meanwhile the kid who cleared our trays is literally standing beside him. He was SO confrontational and rude. I was taken aback and am still shaking in anger. I’ve worked for McD for about 10 years combined in the US…. I don’t go up to random tables and start harassing customers. So unbelievably rude.

The staff was ok, thought the general atmosphere was kind of miserable, even shoddy I would say. My main concern was the toilet. It goes at extra cost even for customers (20 CZK), and when I visited the place the the toilet access machine was broken and required coins, not accepting cards(!). Be careful with that. The local garden was lacking plants, the fountains did not work, some renovation and adding artificial shading would be good.
K	K C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't beat MC D's, no matter where you are you know what you are going to get. Just popped in for a drink and could use the machine to order as it has different language options. Clean & efficient. Only down side is having to pay to use the loo ☹️
A	A Hoog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ American McDonald's employees need to come to this branch and learn from the Czechs how it's done. Food quality, cleanness of the restaurant, friendliness of the staff. All ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Extra tip: in the back there is a lovely outdoor area
K	Kim Seokjin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst McDonald's I ever saw. The toilet is not free for customers. Are you crazy over there??? I guess so. If you didn't know, it's not ok. Customers are supposed to have free access to sinks and toilets. Fries were cooked poorly. Don't recommend to anyone. If you're in Prague, go to other McDonald's. There's not a cafe in Ukraine where you as a customer need to pay for toilets.
