Menší množství piva a větší míra krémové pěny, to je šnyt. Silná vrstva pěny činí z tohoto způsobu čepování pivo vhodné na degustaci nebo rychlé zahnání žízně. Dostává se nám také jemnější říz a delší doba čerstvosti.
