M	Martin Pluskal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekarka dobra, posledni dobou je vsak bohuzel prakticky nemozne se dovolat - posledni pokus obednat se na kontrolu jsem po nekolika dnech neuspesneho telefonovani vzdal a sel si hledat jineho lekare. I drive kdyz se clovek dovolal tak byly terminy treba za pul roku. Good doctor, lately, unfortunately, it is practically impossible to call - I gave up the last attempt to check for a few days after an unsuccessful phone call and went to look for another doctor. Even if the person called, the deadlines were needed in half a year.

Absolutně se tam nedá dovolat! a když už se tedy naštvete a dorazíte osobně samozřejmě během ordinačních hodin tak Vám šíleně nepříjemná sestřička vysvětlí že ať už chcete cokoliv stejně musíte počkat že ta plná ordinace jsou objednaní pacienti a že už je hodinu ve skluzu. Ale sakra jak se má z normálního člověka stát objednaný pacient když absolutně není možné se tam dovolat!!! Takže na cokoliv co potřebujete ikdyby jen jeden hloupý papír si připravte minimálně tak 2h svého času ! ( a pozor sama sestřička mě na to upozornila ) Absolute madness! It is absolutely impossible to call there! and if you get angry and arrive in person, of course, during the surgery hours, the insanely unpleasant nurse will explain to you that whatever you want anyway, you have to wait and see that the full surgery is ordered by patients and that it has been slipping for an hour. But how the hell does a normal person become an ordered patient when it is absolutely impossible to call there !!! So prepare anything you need for anything you need, at least 2 hours of your time! (and watch out the nurse herself pointed this out to me)

Ano, občas jsem musel zkoušet 2-3 dny po sobě, dopoledne i odpoledne, než jsem se dovolal, ale dobrý, chápu to, když pracují, nemají čas na zvedání telefonů. Vždy volám na stejné číslo, vždy mi to zvedne paní sestřička, a vždy se s ní v pohodě domluvím (zaslání eReceptu smskou). Dnes jsem se dovolal na první pokus, a objednal jsem se na termín ve druhém týdnu března. Čili přesně 6 týdnů, žádná tragedie. Současně jsem se dozvěděl o přestěhování ordinace na novou adresu do Karlína, a dostal pár upřesňujících informací, jak to snadno najít. Za mě naprosto vyhovující, a neplánuji změnu. Netrpěliví pacienti můžou mít jiný názor, ale pokud není třeba řešit akutní případ, tak o co jde.. I was at the last examination 14 years ago, at Palmovka. At the same time, I learned about moving the surgery to a new address in Karlín, and received some detailed information on how to find it easily. Satisfactory for me, and I don't plan to change. Impatient patients may have a different opinion, but if there is no need to deal with an acute case, then what is it?
