★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience and I haven’t met him. I had appointment at 5:20 pm. He offered me on his first email, then I confirmed the date and exact time which was 5:20 pm. He wrote in his first email. The he settled that I should go at 5:20 pm and if I can’t make it just send him an email. Of course I could go, I got day off. This happened on 9th April and my appointment was on 12 May.
On that day I checked google maps how should I go there I remembered with some tram. Then I see they are open till 5 pm (17:00).
I sent an email around 3:15 pm, if that is correct or not. Maybe google maps is outdated or something. Then I received the answer that my appointment was at 15:20. I guess you can imagine how shocked I was. Then I copy pasted what he wrote and what I have confirmed.
He’s answer was… see below.
At least he could have said ok sorry for that and come at 5:20 or next day in the morning earlier. But no… and I still haven’t got an answer from him for a new appointment or anything. But I guess it’s better.
