★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zainteresowanie klientem porażka. 6 osób w kolejce a obsługi przy kasie nie ma. 15 min. czekanie aż ktoś łaskawie się zjawi. Taka sytuacja już nie raz była.
Customer interest is a failure. There are 6 people in the queue and there is no service at the checkout. 15 min. waiting for someone to graciously show up. This has happened more than once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wchodząc do sklepu zero zainteresowania klientem pracownicy nie potrafią odpowiedzieć na " dzień dobry". Cała rozmowa jakże wiedzą Pana który nas obsługiwał nie była zła, niestety problem pojawił się w chwili kiedy kategorycznie odmówiliśmy wszelkich ubezpieczeń ,dodatkowo płatnych usług. Bezczelne śmianie się i twierdził,że bez tych dodoatkowych usług telewizor nie będzie funkcjonował jak należy,kolory nie będą takie jak być powinny,na mają odpowiedź,że będę w stanie zrobić to sama zapewniał mnie że tego NAPEWNO tego nie zrobię. Finalizacja transakcji to chyba wisienka na torcie, pewny siebie " zapłać i wróć ". Pan w kolczykach ewidentnie wstał lewa nogą a w pracy pojawił się za kare, niesmak do waszego salonu pozostaje i napewno nie wrócę. Szczęśliwie dokonaliśmy zakupu u konkurencji obsługa jakże miła bez wciskania na siłę :)
When entering the store with no interest in the customer, the employees are not able to answer "good morning". The whole conversation as they know the Lord who served us was not bad, unfortunately the problem arose when we categorically refused all insurance, additionally paid services. He was brazenly laughing and saying that without these additional services, the TV would not function as it should, the colors would not be as they should be, to their answer that I would be able to do it myself, he assured me that I WILL NOT do it. Finalizing the transaction is probably the icing on the cake, confident "pay and return". The man in earrings has evidently stood up with his left foot and he appeared at work for punishment, the disgust for your living room remains and I will certainly not come back. Fortunately, we made a purchase from the competition, the service was so nice without forcing me to force it :)
