Na przyszłość sugeruję zwracać się do klienta z szacunkiem, gdy ten chce uzyskać informację dotyczącą lakierów, a nie pyskować, że klient powinien dokładnie wiedzieć, co powinien kupić. Od tego pani jest, aby doradzić. ;)
 I warmly greet you with a very nasty and rude saleswoman from 30/05/19. at 5 pm. For the future, I suggest to address the customer with respect when he wants to get information about varnishes, and not to say that the customer should know exactly what he should buy. From this lady is to advise. ;)
