A	Andrej Pocisk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otrasny pristud doktora, sestricky celkom v pohode, resp jedna jedina taka mladsia , ta bola velmi prijemna. Radsej si testy zaplatim ako tam vstupit znova!!! The terrible arrival of the doctor, the nurses were quite good, or one of the younger ones, she was very pleasant. I'd rather pay for the tests than re-enter !!!
M	Marian Klenovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pravda, čekání je otravné a pokud nejste na místě již před 8h, je to téměř marné , ale můžete si vzít pořadové číslo , odejít a na tel.aplikaci sledovat stav. Co se týká samotného vyšetření, přístupu personálu , nebo odběrů tak za mne vždy plná spokojenost. Pan doktor Procházka je profík a sestra je sluníčko. Málokde v ordinacích jsem narazil na tak lidský a milý přístup jako tady. True, the wait is annoying and if you are not in place before 8 o'clock, it is almost useless, but you can take the serial number, leave and watch the status on the phone application. As for the examination itself, the approach of the staff, or the sampling, I am always fully satisfied. Dr. Procházka is a pro and his sister is the sun. Rarely in surgeries have I come across such a human and kind approach as here.

Dlouhé čekání v nevytopené čekárně, nepříjemný přístup lékařky i sestry, buzerační, zmatené pokyny a povyšenecké chování. Skutečně to vypadá, že se snaží co nejvíc lidí odradit do testů. Smutné. Unfortunately, I have as bad an experience as many other commentators. Long waits in an unheated waiting room, unpleasant attitude of a doctor and a nurse, buzzing, confused instructions and uplifting behavior. He really seems to be trying to discourage as many people as possible from testing. Sad.
C	Corny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Každý pořád hovoří o tom, abychom chodili na vyšetření a pravidelně se testovali. Nepřijde mi, že by tahle odporná ordinace a její personál měli stejný názor. Čekáte minimálně dvě hodiny a když se dostanete díky bohu na řadu, tak přístup jak ke kusu h. Div mě neseřvali že se chci testovat. Byl jsem na všechny testy připraven, poslali mě domů, že mám přijít za týden. Nejhorší zkušenost co se týče vyšetření/testů v mém životě. Everyone keeps talking about us going for exams and being tested regularly. It does not occur to me that this disgusting surgery and its staff have the same opinion. You wait at least two hours and when, thanks to God, it's your turn, the approach to both piece h. No wonder they didn't tell me that I wanted to be tested. I was ready for all the tests, they sent me home to come in a week. The worst experience in terms of examinations / tests in my life.
D	David Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Léčím se s nemocí již 3 měsíce a doktoři si jen zkouší co zabere, místo toho aby zjistili co je příčina. Neochotný a neuctivý personál. I have been treated for the disease for 3 months and the doctors are just trying to find out what will work, instead of finding out what the cause is. Reluctant and disrespectful staff.

Dlouhé čekání které je ale naprosto pochopitelné vzhledem k počtu lidí co byli předemnou vynahradil přístup paní doktorky, péče a zájem a důkladnost. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical about this place, but in the end I went there and was pleasantly surprised. But the long wait, which is perfectly understandable given the number of people who were in advance, compensated for the doctor's approach, care and interest and thoroughness.
L	Lucie Čapková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný přístup doktora i sester, dlouhá doba čekání. Doktor Procházka vyšel z ordinace a na jeho otázku, co tam jdu dělat. Odpověděla jsem, že jdu na odběry. Jeho odpověď: „No to nevím.” Samozřejmě jak je jeho zvykem, mě nepřijal, nechal mě tam čekat až do doby, kdy končili odběry. A to podotýkám, že poslední pacient odešel už dávno předtím a já tam čekala dalších 15 minut na to až mě někdo přijme do ordinace. Nikdo mě nepřijal a když jsem šla zaklepat, co tedy bude dál, vyšla sestra a oznámila mi, že má hlad a že mě už nepřijme. Po roce jsem si tu byla udělat bezplatné testy, už nikdy sem nevkročím. A raději jsem si zašla na Prevedig, udělat si zpoplatněné testy. Nedoporučuji Medicentrum, pokud se nechcete vytočit. Terrible attitude of the doctor and nurses, long waiting time. Dr. Procházka came out of the surgery and asked him what I was going to do there. I replied that I was subscribing. His answer: "I don't know." Of course, as is his custom, he did not accept me, he kept me there until the subscriptions ended. And I note that the last patient left long ago and I waited there for another 15 minutes for someone to take me to the surgery. No one accepted me, and when I went to knock on what would happen next, the nurse came out and told me that she was hungry and that she would not accept me anymore. After a year, I was here to do free tests, I will never come here again. And I'd rather go to Prevedig to get paid tests. I do not recommend Medicentrum if you do not want to dial.
S	Swoox Letter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful, impolite and rude. You would think that given the industry these people would have a sense for caring for their patients. Obviously not. The arrogance is palpable. Save your time and pay some money for a place that has some standards. DO NOT VISIT.
