Nepřišel mi email, ani sms, že byla stornována.!!! I came to pick up the book. I only learned on the spot that the order was canceled, that I did not pick it up within 10 days. I did not receive an email or an SMS that it was canceled !!!
J	Jakub Koubín on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto tragická zákaznická podpora. 2x krát jsem jel vyzvednout objednávku a následně jsem zjistil, že je poničená. Po 3. jsem se proto chtěl informovat, zda-li na prodejně mohou prověřit zásilku a dát mi vědět, že je v pořádku. Bohužel dle podpory mne na danou prodejnu nepřepojí a zásilku tak není možné zkontrolovat. Musím tedy jet opět 30 minut autem a přesvědčit se sám. Zákaznická podpora Megaknih se vrátila do doby před 20 lety. Absolutely tragic customer support. I went to pick up the order twice and then found out that it was damaged. After the 3rd, I therefore wanted to find out if they could check the shipment at the store and let me know that it was OK. Unfortunately, according to the support, they will not transfer me to the given store and it is not possible to check the shipment. So I have to drive again for 30 minutes and see for myself. Megaknih customer support went back 20 years ago.
M	Michaela Šámalová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po týdnu, kdy mi nepřišla žádná informace o objednávce jsem volala zákaznickou linku, kde mi paní s klidem sdělila, že mi to včas nedodají. Jakákoli snaha něco řešit z její strany byla nulová, omluva se nekonala. Přístup obchodu mi bohužel způsobil docela problém, pokud by mě někdo informoval včas, sehnala bych to jinde. Po zrušení objednávky naštěstí vrátili peníze. After a week, when I did not receive any information about the order, I called the customer line, where the lady calmly told me that they would not deliver it to me in time. Any effort on her part to solve something was zero, there was no apology. Unfortunately, the approach of the store caused me quite a problem, if someone informed me in time, I would find it elsewhere. Fortunately, they returned the money after canceling the order.
