A	Andreas Riege on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ground handling of Menzies Aviation at Prague Airport is amongst the worst in the world. Today, for the first time, have I heard a pilot given an honest excuse for more than 1.5h delay, which was entirely due to I sufficient ground handling resources. Pathetic service really that would not be because of ground handling people being slow, but because Menzies Aviation Management did not plan sufficient resources. The deserve no star and an NPS score of zero for an absolutely shocking service!
K	Kim Strom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleague and I were _supposed_ to fly from Prague to Vienna and on to Krakow via Austrian Air on May 22. Our flight was delayed so we were rebooked on LOT -two hours later- via Warsaw to Krakow. Despite a trip to the Menzies transfer desk, an encounter with a disaffected and quizzical male desk attendant, who subsequently left without warning, turning us over to his female colleague, we arrived in Krakow, LATE, and sans baggage. More than TEN hours later we learned that the bags were still in Prague. How can a desk dedicated to transfers fail to transfer bags when given explicit, personal instructions and more than two hours in which to do so?? Alas, it is now 37 hours since we arrived originally at PRG for our originating flight and STILL NO BAGS. I have had bags delayed before but never for such asinine reasons, followed by such poor and unapologetic service.

We were informed that our flight is gonna be 30 minutes late, because lack of Menzies personnel at PRG Airport , and after arrival back to Prague, on half empty flight, Menzies needed 45 minutes to deliver first piece of Luggage . Eurowings and CSA, pls just pls change that rubbish Menzies handling for somebody capable of taking care of passengers.

Everything takes forever, you have to pay higher fees that you would at Vienna Airport to pickup your cargo and they don't care for customers at all. It's a real shame that such incompetence is allowed to happen here... And their ground handling? How long does it take to offload a plane in Singapore? Much faster than in Prague, go figure. Shame!

The Airbus was full, but the boarding started barely 30 minutes before departing. There was only one bus transferring the passengers to the plane. So the bus had to turn 3 times with the very slow boarding.

Inside are working Ukrainan people it look like different world, very strict rules absolutely oppostie than before (it was really mess) those last czech working people there are depressed... Oh GOD why stupid leaders have power and money,.......Use SKYPORT if you can
A	Adrianna Ladner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived in Prague to find that my baggage had been lost, the woman at the desk said it would be delivered the next day by 14:00. It never got delivered that day. The next day I was told that it would be delivered after 14:30 and that I had to meet the driver. Its currently 23:15 So I have to cancel vacation plans and wait at the place I'm staying at because they can't deliver a suitcase. A wonderful welcome to a new country!
