Only one person that is able to speak english in the entire showroom which is unacceptable for such a company, had to communicate with the service desk via google translate.
Came to have my summer wheels installed was told it would take approx 30-45’min, instead it took 2 hrs.
Whilst making the appointment behind the phone was told a different price and then was charged more.
Im used to a much better costumer service from Mercedes benz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is low on the agenda here. These guys hardly ever answer their phone, visiting incurs a long wait most of the time too. Multiple issues and admin niggles I've experienced. Is this typical of MB? No I think it's just here but boy am I sorry to have a car from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service department is excellent - can’t complain. Work is done fast, they explain everything and give updates. Car is washed and interior vacuumed before it’s returned. And of course the repairs are up to Mercedes quality standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience of working with service. I didn't feel any exclusivity or high level of service which is meant by the brand. Apart from people on reception who were not really nice, lady working as specialist for repairs Silvie Bednarova simply was rude and didn't really care about my issue. I believe if you have representing Mercedes brand you are not allowed to create bad reputation for the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service by Mr Vladimir Boev, courteous. However one employee was somewhat disrespectful joking to hit my parked car. He thought he was funny, but it was the kind of rudeness concealed as joking.
