Pokud chcete aby s Vámi jednali podobným stylem - tak lepší auto půjčovnu nenajdete. Not really, super arrogant behavior and instead of a client approach, a constant feeling that I owe them and a terrible commitment to them for providing services for which we pay money. If you want them to treat you in a similar style - you will not find a better car rental.

Kdyz to nejde, mame si zajet do jejich servisu do Noveho Straseci. Reakce na Vasi odpoved: Pro lekarnicku jsme si museli zajet. Kdyz jste to pak kontrolovali, ano tak logicky po kontole tam uz byla. Zavadu jsme hlasili, volal jsem na Vasi linku, tam me odkazali na technika, kteremu jsem osobne volal. Nasledne mu volal i ridic. Resenim bylo tehdy jet dle Vas z Prahy 9 az do Noveho Straseci a zpatky na nase naklady…odmitnout nakladku… Ve vozidle permanetne svitila zavada motor, pry si toho nemame vsimat. Stav vozidla - divim se, ze proslo technickou. H	Honza Pospíšil (jjkkll) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis který byl poskytnut nebyl profesionální. Po zapůjčení vozu a při navrácení řešili že auto bylo lehce špinavé a že ne vyjelo akorát z myčky. Fajn ale jakým způsobem to semnou paní řešila byl otřesný. Tímto tuto společnost nedoporučuji ani v krajním případě. The service provided was not professional. After renting the car and returning it, they decided that the car was slightly dirty and that it did not just come out of the dishwasher. Well, the way the lady dealt with it was appalling. I do not recommend this company even in the extreme case.
