We showed up with our confirmation email in hand. When checking in, they claimed to not have the email that we were holding a hard copy of, and told us that they did not have any rooms, nor attempted to assist us in any way. We were left in the middle of tyn square holding our bags, with no booking and looking for a room to stay in last minute. I would not recommend booking here without having multiple confirmations in hand. Preferably through a booking agency.

m	mia nilsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Close to everything a tourist might wanna visit. It was really hard to fint though because of the poor advertisement. And reception is in another building. Very quiet and good beds. Breakfast could have more warm alternatives such as oatmeal.

We had breakfast included quick was in a different building in a cellar. For my elderly mother it was not possible to go down there, to dangerous the stairs. It was ok to take the breakfast up to were my mam was. Location of the place is perfect close to everything and still quiet enough.

R	Robin G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention!!! There is no reception or staff present. Upon arrival you may have to wait over an hour for someone to arrive. This happened to me in March 2022. The hotel claims to have a cooperation with a the reception of a neighboring hotel but this arrangement no longer exists. We booked via booking.com to whom the hotel managers lied by claiming they have a 24/7 reception. Instead you have to make an appointment for Checkin. The (helpful) young man who finally let us in the hotel after 1:20 hours of waiting claimed that "these things don't change over night". I claim a hotel without a reception or staff doesn't deserve the name. Very poor service! However, the rooms in this historic building were surprisingly spacious. The amenities were in overall good condition. Also the location of the hotel is recommendable. A metro station is within 5 minutes walking distance. The pictures show the entrance. No door bell. The booth is were check in handled.
