★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do dospělácké odpočinkové zóny nepustí děti nikdy NIKDY jsem neviděla tak nepříjemného člověka prý, že jsou nová pravidla a , že se máme zeptat ale tato paní nás měla upozornit na nová pravidla knihovny... Strašné pozor na nepříjemnou paní u dospělých!
 Children will never let children into the adult rest zone. I have NEVER seen such an unpleasant person, that there are new rules and that we have to ask, but this lady should have alerted us to the new library rules ... Terrible watch out for an unpleasant lady in adults!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V budově Městské knihovny je perfektní kavárna Upekla. Mají tady výbornou kávu, i když na kávu u Helly v Písku nemá, a luxusní dorty. Je tady příjemné posezení i v atriu. Doporučuji.
There is a perfect Upekla café in the Municipal Library building. They have excellent coffee here, although they don't have coffee at Helly's in Písek, and luxury cakes. There is a pleasant sitting in the atrium. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherné, odpočinkové místo kde se snoubí staré s novým. Velmi citlivě zrekonstruovaná budova s moderními technologiemi a prvky ve starobylé budově. V přízemí je kavárna/cukrárna se vstupem do vnitrobloku který využívají hlavně rodiče a děti.
A wonderful, relaxing place where the old and the new merge. Very sensitively renovated building with modern technologies and elements in an ancient building. On the ground floor there is a cafe / pastry shop with access to the courtyard which is used mainly by parents and children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La libreria di Pisek, è stata rinnovata completamente. Ora contiene libri tanti, un bel bar, un grande giardino interno usato nel periodo estivo da mamme con bambini. Contiene sale di lettura, computer e organizza corsi per imparare le lingue gratuitamente, serve solo la voglia di imparare.
Pisek's library has been completely renovated. Now it contains many books, a nice bar, a large internal garden used in the summer by mothers with children. It contains reading rooms, computers and organizes courses to learn languages for free, all you need is the desire to learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We usually visit a section for little ones. Apart from a huge number of books, magazines and games for children. There are two fish tanks with lots of big and small colourful fish that attracts my son the most. Also an area with a slide.
Clean and spacious toilets with facilities for babies too. We love it here.
