Metalshop Megastore Prague

Fantastic store. Lots of band merch and hand made items

So I'm a metalhead and when i came to Prague and saw the name "metalshop megastore" i was excited but when i arrived there i got very disappointed, first of all I'll say not everything is bad, the staff is really nice and happy to help and there's a wide variety of products but not really for metalheads, most products are for goth/emo and so on and if you think they're the same i have to disagree with you, there's a lot of killstar products and all the big companies that like to sell edgy clothing, but when you check the metal area you'll notice not a lot of metal stuff, i personally came for the band merch and when i was looking i noticed there's a lot of acdc(like 40-50 shirts who even buys them anymore?), nirvana, deep purple and all the really mainstream hard rock/grunge stuff you can find in fox, and when i say a lot i mean a lot, the A section is mostly acdc but nothing else and i can think of at least 10 bands from the top of my head that start with A, and there's no underground bands at ALL, even when i found some more brutal stuff like gutalax(which is very popular in szech republic ) or kreator(one of the biggest bands in the world) there was only one shirt of the band and only one size either xl or xxl, when i talked to the staff they said they didn't renew their supply in a long time and somehow it didn't seem to bother them that most of the metal section is hard rock and mostly the same 5-8 bands in all the shirts and the jackets also, not a lot of sizes pretty much the same bands, if you're goth/emo or just alterative you'll love this store, it has boots,puppets,fashion clothing and so on, but if you're a metalhead that passed his acdc/black Sabbath/deep purple stage you'll feel very disappointed with barely anything to buy, maybe the owner should consider renaming the store mega goth shop to avoid confusion, or just make sure there are products with wide variety and sizes for metalheads

Everyone was very sweet, and the shop itself was very clean and had everything I ever wanted, the products are high quality and mostly from killstar. Loved it and I recommend

Two floors of rock and metal wear, racks of T's, hoodies and all other kinds of alternative wear, cabinets of accessories, nice to see these kind of shops still exist!

Nice store. Cool staff. Nice merchandise for metal heads. Prices seem high compared to the quality on many items.nice music too.

Speciality shop for metal stuff. Pants, t-shirt, boots. The selection could be better. Hundreds of GnR, Metallicas, Iron Maidens, but could barely see something not as mainstream. I understand, it's business but still...

Very good variety of products in general but it had no variety on t-shirts. It had only t-shirts with AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Metallica bands. It did not met our expectations.
