Veškeré informace dostáváte výhradně jen v cizím jazyce. Česky, anglicky ani německy se námi nedokázal domluvit. Třeba zvládne ruštinu či vietnamštinu? Zkuste to. V případě reklamace se vymlouvají, že jste jim špatně rozuměl, protože oni přece v Praze česky umět nemusí. Na klienty hlasitě řve (svým hlasem spíše ječí). Veškeré rozhovory si nahrávejte na diktafon, v případě budoucí reklamace je to nutností. Finanční podmínky na kterých se domluvíte předem, po dokončení práce neplatí. Připravte se na to, že tratíte více než jste čekali. Dělají si, co chtějí. Firma z východu, která svou arogancí dělá neskutečnou ostudu Evropě. Their dealer Matěj Sukovský is an arrogant ignorant. Slečna byla velmi milá a servis dokonalý! Showroom je čistý, v příjemném designu a s krásným výhledem. Vybrané prsteny jsme rovnou objednali a do 3 týdnů pro nás byly zhotovené. Velmi si cením také možnosti nechat na místě roztavit vlastní zlato. Webové stránky jsou přehledné a dobře se na nich vyhledává. At Eppi Jewelry, we chose wedding rings. First we arranged a meeting, which was very beneficial for us. The young lady was very nice and the service perfect! The showroom is clean, in a pleasant design and with a beautiful view. We ordered the selected rings straight away and they were made for us within 3 weeks. I also really appreciate the opportunity to have your own gold melted on the spot. Websites are clear and easy to search.

The girl who attended us, who is based in Germany was very supported and helpful with our concerns about the ring. I am from Colombia and I was visiting my boyfriend, so his main concern was the shipping time in order to get my engagement ring before to leave Germany. Well, the ring arrived on time! She was very diligent and kind. The packing is wonderful, you can see and feel the dedication to make it. Thank you so much Eppi, you became a woman very, very happy! We definitely are going to get our marriage rings with you, guys! PS.: Everybody in Colombia asks me for the special design of my ring and its blue diamond.

It's good to know the appointment is required here and most likely you won't get the jewelery right away, but you have to wait a month till they are made it for you. Which is another thing, as what you will see is just dummy model. Not 100 % how it will look like in the end.
