Purchased a chain today, super staff, nice gentleman, willing. Such an approach, if it were everywhere, would buy one joy. To buy the chain, Mr. cleaned my old chain for free. Thanks for the purchase and just let it go :)) thanks petr

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on my second city trip in Prag, I saw that shop in the middle of the city and I saw the necklace in the window, I went In the shop with my Mask because of corona. The women and the guy came to me and told me yeah it’s „bohemian Stones“ they told me it’s a nice necklace and so one..
So I bought it for 13.000 = 490€ with another small bracelet.
I searched on the internet, the chain you can buy from the internet for like 1.200 = 50€!!
I wrote them emails, i wanted my money back, but they don’t want to refund my money, because I bought it in the store not online.
THEY SELLING FAKE JEWELRY TO TOURISTS! BE AWARE! DONT BUY THERE!

The products are amazing and the staff is so nice and friendly. I also started to use their web site after I got home from Prague. Really really nice and would recommend it for sure!!! ?
