Pod rozhlednou je meteorologická stanice ze sítě ČHMU. A jako taková naměřené údaje zveřejňuje na internetu a jako bonus ještě průběžné záběry z meteokamery.
Skoro vždy je tu množství turistů a úplně vždy křišťálově čistý vzduch.
