★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first contact. Agent quickly found a very good and reliable person I could rent my apartment for. However, very disappointing service once the contract was terminated: not present during hand-over, slow in answering to emails, which resulted in client leaving having left damages, I could not claim. Service not corresponding to commission. Would not contact them again.
