D	Doug Casterton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern decor and food was great. Service was efficient but to the extent where your felt rush. Asked for internet (due to no 3G/4g) and refused which in today’s world is a little lacking... shame otherwise would have been 4*

Hrozny.. we came from a walk at 1.00pm for our lunch to this resturant and had to wait for 45 mins to be served, and its counting 47 mins and still havent reieved our food, the order itself was taken after a 45mins of waiting. Like comeon. I understand its busy but taking order and serving 4 other tables who came before us and we being held for such a long freaking time is not simply cool. And the waitress who took the order when asked said that another waitress was responsible for our order.

It took a bit of time but then the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. The food and the coffee was good. I took a very unique sweet main dish: potato dumplings with warm plum kompotte, poppy seed sugar and curd - very yummy for me. The restaurant accept Kronen and Euro.

Even a simple request apparently irritated this young man, he was arrogant and unfriendly. There were even invective remarks. Weird behavior for someone who works in the hospitality industry. We planned to book a hotel in Mezni louka for the next vacation, this hotel is not going to be the one, that's for sure.
P	Paweł Rak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big plus is going to the restaurant in this hotel, which has menu in polish! Like nobody’s in the near area. We were suprised that there are so many polish people but any word anywere was translated. Good food but not cheap.
S	Sammi Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely inflexible, rude, unfriendly hotel!!!! Stay there only if you speak German as they do not speak English well! For the first night the hotel missed out to clean our room and when we informed them, all we got was some cold reply that they thought we did not ask for cleaning! On the check out day we mistaken that it was at 11am instead of 10am, we asked if we can have a short extension for 30 mins to finish packing but was given a stern lecture instead! Totally spoil our vacation and left a bad impression!!!! I will give half a star if possible!! ?????????????????????
