Na internetu jsem našel pana Mgr. Pernicu, zaslal mu dokumenty od soudu i od vymahající společnosti a on mi sepsal návrh na vyrovnání přeplatku, společnost reagovala pozitivně a za cca měsíc jsem měl peníze na účtu. Vše proběhlo online pomocí emailů a SMS, takže kdo se bojí mluvené komunikace mohu vřele doporučit. I	Ivana Veselá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není to tak dávno co jme se jako manželé dostali do problémů spojených s nevrácením peněz za zaplacený zahraniční zájezd. Šlo o významnou částku a s CK nebyla možná dohoda. Sdružení obrany spotřebitelů (SOS) a ČOI, potvrdilo oprávněný nárok na vrácení peněz za zaplacený zájezd, přesto CK odmítla vrátit úhradu zájezdu, a dokonce nám majitel sdělil, že se těší na právní bitvu. Od Sdružení obrany spotřebitelů jsme obdrželi kontakt na Advokátní kancelář JP Mgr. Jan Pernica, působící v oblasti našeho bydliště. I přes vyjádření SOS, ČOI a vydání platebního rozkazu MS, odmítl žalovaný majitel CK vrátit úhradu za zaplacený a neuskutečněný zájezd. Advokát Mgr. Jan Pernica tedy musel podniknout další právní kroky. Díky jeho odbornosti, zkušenosti a zpracované žalobě vydal Městský soud a následně po odvolání žalovaného i Krajský soud rozsudky, o povinnosti žalovaného vrátit úhradu za nekonaný zájezd, a to včetně náhrad za právní zastoupení a úroků z prodlení.
