Při prodeji naší nemovitosti nám poskytnul full servis včetně advokátní úschovy, ověření podpisů u kupní smlouvy, vyhotovení vkládacích listin do katastru. Vše proběhlo rychle a bez problémů. Později při nákupu jiné nemovitosti nás pan advokát upozornil na některá právní rizika v kupní smlouvě realitní kanceláře, která jsme pak ošetřili. Služby pana advokáta Lamacze mohu jenom doporučit.
