Posielaju rozne zlavy u ich partnerov a pozvanky na nejake eventy a neviem co, ale neobtazuju sa informovat, ze znizili ceny o 50 % a nechaju klientov platit stare vysoke ceny.
Emailom si cloveka pozvu vyzdvihnut novu postu, pricom na mieste cakaju len vytlacene davno zaplatene faktury. WTF
Pri podpise chcu (alebo pred par rokmi chceli) vratnu zalohu. Po skonceni zmluvy po rokoch bezproblemovom platenia na ziadost o vratenie vratnej zalohy 4 tyzdne nereaguju. Na dotaz, co sa deje, reaguju tym, ze vec urychlene vyriesia - "urychlene" znamena, ze za dalsi tyzden sa ozve jednatel.
Jednatel informuje, ze po rokoch bezproblemoveho platenia za sluzbu a ziadnom dovode na pouzitie vratnej zalohy zo zalohy vratia len 5/6, pretoze vraj z nej odviedli DPH. Na namietky o tom, ze predsa funkcia tej sumy bola len zaistovacia a nebola za to poskytnuta protisluzba odpovedaju tym, ze to nebola kaucia, ale zaloha (v zmluve aj predchadzaucej komunikacii sa jasne hovori o VRATNEJ zalohe a DPH je logicky rozpisana z len z poplatku za sluzby, vratna zaloha je uvedena extra bez zmienky o DPH).
Posobi to na mna tak, ze spoliehaju na to, ze mensie sumy nikto nebude riesit. Doporucujem oblukom sa im vyhnut, po meste je dost inych poskytovatelov s lepsimi cenami.

Upon signing, they want (or wanted a few years ago) a refundable deposit. After termination of the contract after years of unproblematic payment, 4 weeks of non-response do not respond to a refund request. When asked what is happening, I respond to the fact that the matter quickly resolves - "expeditiously" means that the next week will hear the executive.
The Director informs that after years of unproblematic payment for the service and no return for the use of the refundable deposit from the refund deposit only 5/6, because they said they paid VAT on it. Objections to the fact that the function of the amount was only hedging and was not provided counter-service answering that it was not a deposit, but a backup (in the contract and the previous communication is clearly talk about the BACKUP and VAT is logically broken down from a fee only) for services, refundable deposit is listed extra without mentioning VAT).
It hurts me by relying on less money being solved. I recommend avoiding them, there are enough other providers with better prices around the city.

When you insist, they give you an English speaker who can't speak very well. Not useful unless you just want a virtual seat and don't mind pulling teeth when you want to communicate in English.
