The service is only trying to sell and install a new boiler. Repairing the old is not interested, just pulls out of you money and the boiler will not work. Absolutely not recommend !!!

I have a really bad experience. Previously functional boiler without a problem is non-functional after a service inspection of the Širlo company. Their technician tore off our tap and the water tank leaked into our bathroom. He also destroyed the expansion vessel. The owner, Mr. Širlo, just stood up for his technician and did not send a proposal for repair. Although he promised. We have already paid 3 times more than originally agreed and the boiler does not work for us.

I'm happy to add the first review. Service ordered 10min. before the end of working hours. Ordered the next day between 10-12. Very nice technician arrived before 10, saying that if I do not run the boiler in January and do not heat, so he will not let me wait. He also diagnosed, repaired and replaced the safety valve that dripped. In addition, if possible, he remodeled a pig that was done by the assembling company and was the cause of the defect. Moreover, everything at a very nice price. Thank you very much and I only deal with gas at your place.

Unfortunately, during the inspection of the gas stoves, the "cutter" broke off for the technician, but he wrote in the report that the breakage had occurred, he ordered the necessary piece of material and came to replace it. Thank you for the pleasant behavior of the whole company, which is facing a possible problem.

A fair company with a good attitude. A very young technician arrived, but he honestly repaired everything for it (non-burning boiler, including inspection) and put everything in perfect order! Great, keep going! I warmly recommend.

I do not like to give a negative rating, but unfortunately I have a bad experience with this company. I chose it to repair the boiler, as it was the only one of the respondents to have a pump in stock, the replacement of which I needed to arrange. They sent the equipment to the emergency exit the very next day, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the technician only had 2000 crowns paid for "finding a defect = faulty pump" and for an emergency trip, but did not carry out the expected repair. His reason was that the boiler is standing in a cabinet, which must first be completely dismantled by us, and that the actual replacement of the pump is a job for 2 people and half a day and he came alone. Despite the fact that the need to replace the pump was announced in advance and that I would expect that a professional company can assess in advance how demanding the tax is and can prepare for it (in terms of parts and number of people), we did not even know when they could therefore arrive at 2 and carry out the repair. After the urgency of the next day, the owner contacted me that they could board in 6 days. Of course, I understand that in the heating season the capacities are limited, but if they gave me the true information that they could not replace the pump immediately, I would look elsewhere. It is not possible to function without a boiler in winter. The argument of the cabinet also turned out to be odd, because in the end the order was given to a competing company, which managed the whole repair of things. Total boiler inspections in 2.5 hours without disassembly. I made my picture of visiting Sirlo technicians - reluctance and inexperience. Unfortunately also fired 2000kc; (

Very overpriced non-professional service. The technician watched for 10 minutes, wrote out the file for twenty minutes and said 1300, didn't fix anything and said that the repair would be for 7000, that it could not be refurbished ) .so it upset me that I called elsewhere. .other lord came from another company..corrected immediately and in 2000. refurbished the exchanger within an hour .., works great..so I definitely do not recommend .. fraudsters amateurs thief !!!
