Inexperienced, disgusting and disgusting. I do not recommend!

Bad This is how I evaluate this watchmaker. I had trouble changing the flashlight and couldn't even adjust the clock. Complaints were out of the question.

I have a very bad experience with this goldsmith! I brought a bracelet to a jewelry store that I had bought here before. There was only a barrel in the bracelet, which they did not have on the spot, so they kept the bracelet in the store so that they would send it for repair. However, they lost the bracelet during the repair. That could be excused, I understand that they cannot completely influence the actions of their suppliers, but what could not be excused was the approach of all staff. Instead of immediately acknowledging their mistake and actively addressing the matter, they looked as if I was bothering them by going to ask how the situation was developing and what they were going to do about it. The phrase "So what do you keep coming here if we didn't find the bracelet, we'll let you know if we can find it" has really arrived. With such, I could wait until the end of time! After more than two months, we finally agreed on choosing a new bracelet or a refund. However, that is not the end of the matter. When I came to the store with the idea that I wanted my money back for the bracelet, the saleswoman did not even know what I was talking about, that she had no information about any lost bracelet! So their rumors that they were looking for a bracelet and still had to ask all their colleagues were apparently empty. So in the end I got my money back, but I didn't get the slightest word of apology. Don't be mad at me, but I really don't imagine a professional approach to the customer !!! So I can assure you that I will no longer buy a chain box in this store. And my comments on this deal will certainly not be positive.
