But I can roughly imagine it when I witnessed the persuasion to buy a ring from a young lady in front of us with the words "we only have one piece". When it was our turn, I explained the situation and asked politely for a refund for the earrings, unfortunately they were purchased in June (so it was not possible) and let's choose another. So after a long collection, I found one for 3000 CZK, with the proviso that I still have to choose something for 800 CZK? But said not, he will return 800 CZK to me. So I have earrings that I'll never wear because I'm so sad from the whole store for my grandmother, who just wished, "just let my granddaughter have a beautiful gift for studying." ❌ Response to the trade response: JednaOn all time, one saleswoman paid attention to us, the other came about 3 minutes before the end, when, thanks to God, my mother discovered earrings that were simple, without unnecessary ornaments, and the saleswoman said, "You see, I didn't even notice them." The earrings were not offered at a "discounted price" because we saw them the same in a complaint in the offer for 3800 CZK, ie the same price for which their grandmother bought them. The term "fake zircons" was used by the seller-goldsmith myself, I am not a goldsmith, but by the price I understood that they are not real diamonds - Your insult to how I "behaved like a granddaughter" is out of place and only underscores and shows how you deal with shoppers. The fact that I returned the earrings that were forced so that they really weren't out of love, Grandma, and she's cried so much since then, is just my personal business.
