★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při odevzdávání sekačky k opravě jsem dostal odpověď, na dotaz kdy by mohla být opravena, způsobem, že jsem cítil vinu, že jsem se vůbec ptal. Při vyzvedávání sekačky, kdy jsem snažil dozvonit na servis mi přišla otevřít paní s pánem a nestačil jsem se divit. Okřikli mě co tu vyzváním, když vedle mají práci. Nikdy více.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neochotný a AROGANTNÍ pán na servisu. Pokud si stroj nekoupíte u nich a chcete ZÁRUČNÍ servis, tak vás vyhodí, že si máte stroj servírovat tam, kde jste si ho koupili. I když jsou autorizovaný servis dané značky. Tam si nekoupím ani strunu do sekačky. Obrátím se proto na výrobce a poprosím ho o radu, jak tedy postupovat, když autorizovaný servis není ochoten vzít stroj do opravy.
Absolutely reluctant and AROGANT gentleman at the service. If you do not buy the machine from them and you want WARRANTY service, you will be thrown out of the fact that you have to serve the machine where you bought it. Although they are authorized service of the brand. I won't even buy a lawn mower string there. Therefore, I will contact the manufacturer and ask him for advice on how to proceed if the authorized service is not willing to take the machine for repair.
