Se vším pomohli, pin přišel do 48 hodin, jak říkali, a po 72 hodinách jsem se nemusel připomínat a nemusel čekat na pin znovu v průběhu toho dne, který by určitě i tak přišel. A kdybych nakonec volal i následující den, tak by jistě nebyl s ničím problém a nezjistil bych, že je moje registrace zrušená. Mám velkou radost z toho, jak tato instituce funguje bez jakýchkoliv problému. <3
Absolute joy. They helped with everything, the pin came within 48 hours, as they said, and after 72 hours I didn't have to remind myself and I didn't have to wait for the pin again during the day that would definitely come anyway. And if I finally called the next day, it certainly wouldn't be a problem and I wouldn't find out that my registration was canceled. I am very pleased with how this institution works without any problems. <3

Incompetent leadership. Does more harm than good (if any good at all). Avoid at all cost!
Dangerous.
