I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness, willingness and effort to solve my problem. There are not many such stores. I left satisfied and feeling good. I warmly recommend.

Excellent dispensing of ordered goods from the Mironet e-shop. More problematic parking in the pedestrian zone, but helpful staff. I recommend using.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Mironetu jsem zakoupil grafickou kartu RTX3070Ti Vision o 3000 levneji, nez u konkurence. Co člověk nechtěl, po rozbalení jsem zjistil, že karta ma zohýbané žebrování. Toto muselo vzniknout už ve výrobě. Na fuknci to vliv nemělo, ale jelikož se jedná o kartu za 24tis kč a PC mám vystavený na stole, chtěl jsem, aby byl stav 100%- Druhý den jsem zašel do obchodu, konkrétně na pobočku v Jablonci n. Nisou, kde se mnou okamžitě sepsali protokol o reklamaci a kartu nafotili a poslali na Gigabyte. Cca za 3-4dny jsem obdržel novou kartu. Přístup všech na prodejně byl super. Neměl jsem pocit, že bych někoho svým požadavkem obtěžoval, jak to někdy bývá. Rozhodně mohu obchod doporučit kvůli ceně, rychlosti při jednání a hlavně přístupu při reklamaci.
On Mironet, I bought an RTX3070Ti Vision graphics card 3,000 cheaper than the competition. What you didn't want, after unpacking, I found that the card had bent ribbing. This must have originated in production. It didn't affect the function, but since it is a card for 24 thousand CZK and my PC is displayed on the table, I wanted it to be 100% - The next day I went to the store, specifically to the branch in Jablonec n. Nisou, where I they immediately wrote a report of the complaint and took a picture of the card and sent it to Gigabyte. In about 3-4 days I received a new card. The approach of everyone at the store was great. I didn't feel like bothering anyone with my request, as is sometimes the case. I can definitely recommend the store due to the price, speed of negotiations and especially the approach to complaints.
