cena za práci i materiál rozumná. Časově-na konkrétní domluvený den přistavené auto, druhý den jsem si pro auto šel. Nestálo tři dny na dvoře... jako se stává jinde. Mám nemocnou dcerku, auto je pro mě celkem důležitý prvek.
Práce odvedená profesionálně- např. promazané brzdiče- ne jen vyměněné destičky, jak již se mi jinde stalo.
V tomto autoservise jsem byl na doporučení kamaráda. A jsem za to opravdu rád.
Byla to "jen" výměna brzd a kroužku ABS + dopl.klimy.
Na můj požadavek/přání ,zda by auto zkontroloval, jsem dostal rozumný výsledek, tohle je zbytečné- je to staré auto. Tohle by bylo dobré udělat, tohle je v pořádku atd. U vše vysvětlení i obecná cena opravy, či rada. Žádné přemlouvání do oprav, kvůli výdělku atd. Servis má opravdu zájem auta spravovat, ne být výměnný servis(díl za díl)-to je pro mě důležité.
Takhle si představuju podnikání- nedělá z vás hlupáka, ale chápe, že každý nemá na nové auto a snaží se vše dělat tak, aby byla rozumná oboustranná spokojenost. Vše se snaží opravit, ne hned vše vyměnit.

I was in this car service on the recommendation of a friend. And I'm really happy about that.
It was "only" a change of brakes and ABS ring + accessory climates.
At my request / request, whether he would check the car, I got a reasonable result, this is useless - it's an old car. This would be good to do, this is fine, etc. For all the explanations and the general price of the repair, or advice. No persuasion for repairs, due to earnings, etc. The service is really interested in managing the car, not being an exchange service (part by part) - this is important to me.
This is how I imagine business - it doesn't make you a fool, but he understands that not everyone has a new car and tries to do everything in such a way that there is reasonable mutual satisfaction. He tries to fix everything, not replace everything right away.
