H	H 74 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donesla jsem do firmy na správu lodičky, které měly pouze zlomený podpatek a jevily známy nošení/opotřebení. Zpět jsem dostala lodičky, které byly celé zlomené. Zlomená byla stélka, výplň a podešev. Byl zničen opatek. Boty nelze nosit. Firma přijala mou reklamaci a odpověděla mi, že se reklamace neuznává, protože boty byly zničené již předtím. Nechápu neférovost jednání. Pokud by výše uvedené nedostatky boty obsahovaly, proč bych si ty boty nenechala opravit? Nechala jsem si opravit jen ulomený podpatek a od společnosti Mistr Minit (OC Campus, Brno) jsem dostala pár bot, který nelze nosit - viz fotografie. Uvnitř je bota prasklá, což nebyla. Nevím, jak bych nošením docílila, aby bota takto praskla. K prasknutí boty došlo při neodborné opravě. Podávám podnět na Českou obchodní inspekci a boty donesu soudnímu znalci. Firma Mister Minit si myslí, že kvůli lodičkám za 2000 Kč se s nimi nebudu handrkovat. Ale já, k jejich škodě, budu. Takto nehorázné chování jsem nezažila. I am submitting a complaint to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and I will bring the shoes to a forensic expert. The Mister Minit company thinks that I will not hang out with them because of the boats for CZK 2,000. But I, to their detriment, will. I have not experienced such outrageous behavior.

Pokaždé jsem měla pocit, že je obtěžuji a že vlastně ani neví, jestli půjde obuv spravit. Asi bych to měla sama vědět? Bohužel i mladý pán již přejmul nepříjemné chování od starého nevrlého pána. Boty si přístě raději slepím sama. Zkušenosti mého okolí z Campusu jsou stejné. Bída! Vzhledem k cenám, by se mohli pánové trochu více smažit. 2. Absolutně nedodržují přestávku uvedenou na svých webových stránkách. Ve skutečnosti je pauza hodinová a v libovolnou dobu. A ne, nebyla to pauza na WC. A nebylo to za nouzového stavu v ČR, kdy mají změněnou pracovní dobu. 3. Absolutně nepříjemná a neochotná obsluha a to na více pobočkách. 1. Absolutně neměli zájem o zákazníka a kvalita práce opravdu strašná. I wouldn't go there again. I have not seen such an unpleasant and arrogant service in any store for a long time. Tudíž hodinky stále nefungují, ale práci si naúčtovat samozřejmě nechali. Arogantní a neschopný personál. I had my watch "repaired" here. Big mistake.
