Prodavač s výběrem pohotově a profesionálně poradil a brzy jsem odcházel spokojen s novou helmou a tretrami, uvidíme zda vydrží tolik, co předchozí :). Pravda, vyloženě levné věci tu nenajdete, ale na to tu jsou jiné obchody.. I used to buy a new bike with equipment here and I was completely satisfied, so now I have returned to change some of the equipment. The salesman advised promptly and professionally with the choice and I soon left satisfied with the new helmet and tracksuit bottoms, we'll see if it lasts as long as the previous one :). True, you won't find cheaply cheap things here, but there are other shops for that ..

Obzvláště ten prostorově výrazný pán je velice milý a ochotný. One of the few bike shops where you don't feel like a loser when you don't know cycling terminology and don't want to spend money on equipment for your old bike. Especially the spatially strong gentleman is very nice and helpful.
D	Dominika Repiská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi pred 2 týždnami sme tu kúpili s priatelom 2 horské kola, nikdy predtým sme kolo nekupovali, nevedeli sme čo hladať, akú výbavu, no proste nič.. v Brne sme prešli cca 5 obchodov s kolami a musím povedať, že NIKDE nebol taký skvelý zákaznický servis ako tu, proste paráda! Pán Marek sa nám venoval dobré 2 hodiny, všetko nám vysvetlil, poradil, zakúpili sme komplet výbavu, náradie, aj niečo málo na oblečenie. Hlavne sme sa tu necítili ako blbci, že nepoznáme o kolách nič, personál bol velmi príjmený a milý. Pán Marek nám na kola namontoval zakúpené doplnky a pomohol nám naskladať kola do auta. Za mňa 5/5 a doporučujem tento obchod každému! Najazdili sme už 150 km a veľká spokojnosť! Moc Vám ďakujeme :)) About 2 weeks ago my friend and I bought 2 mountain bikes here, we had never bought a bike before, we didn't know what to look for, what equipment, but just nothing .. in Brno we went through about 5 bike shops and I must say that NOWHERE was so great customer service like here, just great! Mr. Marek spent a good 2 hours with us, explained everything to us, advised us, we bought a set of equipment, tools, and a little something for clothes. Most of all, we didn't feel like idiots here, we didn't know anything about the bikes, the staff was very nice and nice. Mr. Marek mounted the purchased accessories on our bikes and helped us to put the bikes in the car. For me 5/5 and I recommend this shop to everyone! We have driven 150 km and great satisfaction! Thank you very much :))

M	Martin Bryndza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sunday a had a quite unpleasant experience. I went there to buy new tires, bringing only the wheels with me. The seller asked me if I wanted to change them right away. Since the old ones were already down, I thought that he will quickly put the new ones on a charge a symbolic price if any. To my surprise, it took him ages to put the new ones on and he charged a full price 100 Kč for each wheel. Also, he ignored the rotation of the tires, so one of them ended up reversed. I came back and instead of an apology he reacted very unpleasantly and made me feel that my demand for correction is crazy.
