★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejdřív jsem prodejnu navštívila sama. Vybírala jsem elektrokolo. Žádný ze tri prodejců si mne za celých 20 minut ani nevšiml. Takže jsem utratila své peníze jinde.
Tento týden měl stejnou zkušenost můj přítel. Několik prodejců, zájem o zákazníka nula. Takže sem už skutečně nikdy.
A samozřejmě platí marketingová poučka - nespokojený zákazník řekne svou recenzi více lidem nez spokojený. Takže to říkám všem!

My friend had the same experience this week. Several sellers, customer interest zero. So I'm never here again.
And, of course, the marketing lesson applies - a dissatisfied customer will tell his review to more people than a satisfied one. So I tell everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budu mluvit o servisu - Servis top, profíci - je vidět, že rozumí tomu, co dělají. Vždy pečlivě vše zkontrolováno a vysvětleno. Pokud nějaká závada, tak Vás kontaktují. Nejlépe zavolat předem, domluvit si termín.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Brně jsem navštívila servis několikrát a vždy absolutní spokojenost. Kluci jsou absolutní profíci, poradí si naprosto se vším i s každou maličkostí. Je radost se sem vracet. Kolo je vždy po servisu perfektně nachystané, jen rovnou nasednout a v klidu odjet.
