★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na objednávku on-line jsem čekala měsíc a ještě k tomu přišla bez jednoho zaplaceného trička... Po zaslání e-mailu na zákaznickou podporu po mně chtěli foto balíku, který jsem už ale vyhodila. Tak mě odkázali na dopravce, ale co ten s tím zmůže? Co víc dodat? 1 hvězda je moc!

The worst online store. The material is terrible and each piece of boxer shorts is different and I don't count how many holes there were in the underwear ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost! :) zboží jsem si objednala na výdejnu, kde jsem si ho ve zkušební kabince vyzkoušela, vzala si a zaplatila, co mi sedělo.. Vše proběhlo naprosto v pořádku, pán byl velmi příjemný. Velice doporučuju.
Absolute satisfaction! :) I ordered the goods at the dispensary, where I tested it in the test booth, took it and paid for what was right for me .. Everything went perfectly well, the gentleman was very nice. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horší zkušenost s online nákupem jsem měl snad jen s podvodníkem, od kterého jsem musel peníze vymáhat prostřednictvím Policie ČR.
Zboží objednáno v půlce listopadu 2021 a dnes 4.1.2022 ho stále nemám. Zbytečně ztrávený čas. Už nikdy tento „bezva” obchod!
I probably had a worse experience with online shopping only with a fraudster, from whom I had to collect money through the Police of the Czech Republic.
Goods ordered in mid-November 2021 and today 4.1.2022 I still do not have it. Unnecessary time. Never again this "great" deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednány kraťase, došli malé. Hodnota zboží 980 Kč + doprava. Po 14 ti dnech vracení peněz na účet z úplně jiného obchodu a ještě menší částka. Již podruhé nějaký problém a už naposledy. Pokud si chcete ušetřit čas a nervy, radši par korun připlatit a koupit jinde. Nedoporučuji.
Ordered shorts, ran out small. Value of goods 980 CZK + shipping. After 14 days, the money is returned to the account from a completely different store and an even smaller amount. A problem for the second time and for the last time. If you want to save time and nerves, you better pay extra for crowns and buy elsewhere. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když si objednáte zboží, dojde včas a sedne Vám, je kvalitní, máte štěstí a vše v pohodě. :) Já jsem objednávala poněkolikáté (doba dodání dlouhá, ale to víte předem cca), ale po týdnu nošení plavky vypadaly seprané jak po 5 letech. Vrátila jsem je, poslali mi kod na zásilkovnu, abych měla placené odeslání, to chválím, ale potom co se dělo! Zboží si převzali 21.04. a až do 03.05. tvrdili, že balík nemají, ačkoli jsem posílala potvrzení od zásilkovny, že si ho převzali před 14 dny, s infolinkou se domluvit, to mně občas přišlo, že mluvím čínsky. Co informační email, to jiné sdělení. Otřesné jednání a lži, nakonec mi peníze za plavky vrátili, ale kdybych je nebombardovala emaily každý druhý den, nic se neděje. A ještě navíc plavky neodpovídaly ceně ani popisu na fotce. Je mi to líto ty ceny příznivé jsou, ale i u předchozích objednávek jsem si nebyla jistá, že to jsou originály. Kdo ví, kde to nakupují.

I returned them, they sent me the code to the courier to have a paid shipment, I commend it, but after what happened! The goods were taken over on 21.04. and until 03.05. they claimed that they did not have the package, although I sent a confirmation from the courier that they had taken it over 14 days ago, to make an appointment with the infoline, it sometimes occurred to me that I spoke Chinese. What an information email, what another message. Terrible actions and lies, they eventually returned my swimsuit money, but if I didn't bombard them with emails every other day, nothing would happen. In addition, the swimsuit did not match the price or the description in the photo. I'm sorry the prices are favorable, but even with previous orders I wasn't sure that they were originals. Who knows where they buy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bezvasport quickly became one of my favourite online shops here in Czech Republic. They had good discount sales, fast delivery and my particular favourite was an easy returns policy - just drop off what you don't want back at their Brno depot. When I returned goods that didn't fit on Monday 25th September I was advised that they've changed owner and their policies have changed with it. The returns deadline has been reduced to 14 days from 30 days and now I can't return goods to the Brno depot directly but have to box them up and pay to post the items back to a Brno PO Box from the post office. I'd received no warning of this, no mail announcing the changes or even a pop up when ordering. It's an inconvience I don't want when taking the risk of ordering clothes online and they've lost their competitive edge with this, as well as me as a customer. It's less effort to go to a normal shop now in the case that something doesn't fit.
