Incredibly! The customer (me) chooses goods and than the salesman asks him what he is looking for, so closes the stand for half an hour ??? What is this action ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná zkušenost. Výměna baterie v hodinkách? Do 200,- .... přitom hodinky nefungovaly jak by měly, nechala jsem si u zlatníka změřit kapacitu a byla víc než pod polovinou. Dávají tedy do hodinek baterky, které nejsou nové. Když jsem ji přišla rozhořčeně vyměnit, jako vždy mne odkazovali, abych si šla udělat nákup, než vše uvedou na správnou míru (asi aby jim zákazníci nekoukali pod prsty).
Překvapivě druhá baterie - ten sám problém! Resp. dle škrábance na baterii jsme zjistili, že ji ANI NEVYMĚNILI. Když jsme s mužem navštívili pobočku po druhé, o to více rozčilení, na prodejně byl zrovna asi vedoucí, protože prodavač vrátil bez řečí peníze a vypoklonkoval nás, abychom to tam asi nerozebírali moc dlouho, nebo moc nahlas.
Stalo se v květnu.

An appalling experience. Replacing the watch battery? Up to 200, - .... while the watch did not work as it should, I had a goldsmith measure capacity and was more than half. So they put batteries that are not new into the watch. When I came to exchange it indignantly, as always, they told me to go shopping before they put everything right (perhaps to keep customers from looking at them).
Surprisingly second battery - the problem itself! Resp. by scratches on the battery, we found they had NOT replaced it. When the man and I visited the branch for the second time, all the more upset, he was probably the manager at the store, because the salesman returned the money without speaking and bowed us out so we probably wouldn't discuss it too long or too loud.
It happened in May.

Never, copy 6 keys to 600 and I'll learn it when you pay, you're crazy! I never would have thought you were screaming for such a batter for a simple key. That's what you're coughing for, I'm intrigued by your assortment, but never with this approach, at least the vendor can sit on the fejsbuku ...
