★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávala jsem si opravit boty před show, měla jsem si je vyzvednou obden, ale kvůli náhlým a vážným zdravotním potížím pana opraváře bylo následující skoro dva týdny zavřeno a potřebné boty jsem na show tedy neměla. V den vyzvednutí z lístečku jsem se nebyla schopna dobrat žádné informace. Čekala jsem, že po několikátém pokusu o telefonát a sms, dostanu nějakou reakci zpět. S opravou bot samotnou jsem spokojená, snižuji hvězdičku za komplikace, které plně chápu, ale musím vzít v potaz celkový dojem z této nešťastné první zkušenosti.
I had to repair my shoes in front of the show, I should have picked them up every other day, but because of the sudden and serious health problems of the repairer, it was almost two weeks closed and I needed no shoes at the show. I was unable to get any information on the day I was picked up. I expected that after a few attempts to call and sms, I would get some feedback back. I'm happy with repairing the shoes myself, lowering the star for complications I fully understand, but I have to take into account the overall impression of this unfortunate first experience.

Podražení zimních bot v krátké době a skvělé(protiskluzové podrážky).Druhé boty,sportovní, mi nabídl pan majitel opravit tenkou podrážkou, kterou momentálně neměl. Po třech týdnech volání i psaní SMS, jsem osobně zajela do opravny...zavřené.Tam jsem si opsala JINÉ=NOVÉ číslo na mobil.Číslo patřilo otci pana opraváře, který se omluvil, že syn je nemocen a boty jsou opravené.Ano, velmi kvalitně. Jen ta komunikace vázne :-(
I brought the shoes for repair on a familiar note. Tripping winter boots in a short time and great (anti-slip soles). The second sports shoe, I was offered by the owner to fix the thin sole he currently did not. After three weeks of calling and writing SMS, I personally went to the repair shop ... closed.I have copied OTHERS = NEW mobile number. very good. Only the communication is tight :-(
