T	Tomáš Nováček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem si k této firmě 8. 1. notebook na opravu. Paní v obchodě mi řekla, že to bude do pár dnů, na příjemce byl napsán termín 20. 1. Po pár dnech mi volali, že cena za výměnu komponenty bude 2250 Kč, jestli s tím souhlasím, což jsem přijal. Když jsem notebook na začátku února pořád neměl a volal jsem do firmy, jak to s ním vypadá, řekli mi, že jim výrobce poslal špatnou součástku. Když jsem jim řekl, že nesplnili ani jeden termín dodání, který mi byl oznámen, řekli mi, že termín na příjemce se tam dává "aby se neřeklo" a paní, která mi sdělali špatný termín, "mám příště říci, ať mi nelže". To mi přišlo velmi neprofesionální. Na konci února jsem notebook stále neměl, když jsem požádal o snížení ceny práce jako kompenzaci, řekli mi, že se to pokusí zařídit. 1. 3. (tedy po sedmi týdnech!) mi přišla zpráva, že notebook je hotový a že cena bude 3640 Kč, tedy dvakrát větší, než mi bylo na začátku oznámeno! Na cenu jsem si tedy stěžoval a po chvíli mi volali zpět, že mi do ceny omylem připočítali nějakou součástku navíc a že mi zapomněli uplatnit slevu (která byla pouze 500 Kč, po dvou měscících čekání bych kompenzaci čekal větší). Na notebooku jsem před odevzdáním do servisu měl funkční dualboot, po přijetí ze servisu dualboot nefungoval a musel jsem znovu nastavovat bootovací sekvenci. Takovéto problémy bych po výměně HDMI portu opravdu neočekával. Firmu ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI nikomu, kdo si váží své techniky, peněz a času. I had a laptop for this company on January 8 for repair. When I still didn't have a laptop in early February and called the company what it looked like, they told me that the manufacturer had sent them the wrong part. When I told them that they had not met the single delivery date that was announced to me, they told me that the deadline for the recipient was given "not to say" and the lady who told me the wrong date, "I have to say next time, don't lie to me" . It seemed very unprofessional to me. At the end of February, I still did not have a laptop, when I asked for a reduction in the cost of labor as compensation, they told me that they would try to arrange it. 1. 3. (ie after seven weeks!) I received a message that the laptop is ready and that the price will be 3640 CZK, ie twice as much as I was initially announced! So I complained about the price and after a while they called me back that they had mistakenly added an extra part to the price and that they forgot to apply a discount (which was only CZK 500, after two months of waiting I would expect more compensation). I had a working dualboot on the laptop before handing it over for service, it didn't work after receiving it from the dualboot service, and I had to set the boot sequence again. I wouldn't really expect such problems after replacing the HDMI port. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND the company to anyone who values their techniques, money and time.
