Notebook mi byl vrácen v horším stavu, než jsem ho přinesla. Uslyšela jsem nejhloupější výmluvy k tomu. Nabízeli mi drahé opravy neexistujícího problému. Přesto opravili mi to co jsem prosila.
The laptop was returned to me in worse condition than I brought it. I heard the dumbest excuses for that. They offered me expensive repairs to a non-existent problem. Still, they corrected what I asked for.

Trochu jsem váhal svěřit servisu MSI notebook, který mě stál před 2 roky před 50 tisíc Kč. Vše dopadlo nad očekávání, díky.
I was a little hesitant to entrust the MSI laptop service, which cost me 50 thousand CZK 2 years ago. Everything went beyond expectations, thanks.

Výměna klávesnice u notebooku proběhla zcela bez problémů. Nejprve mně na můj písemný dotaz byla telefonicky i emailem sdělena cena a doba opravy. Po zjištění dostupnosti klávesnice u společnosti Dell mně opět volal pracovník opravny, že je v současnosti doba oproti původní mně sdělené lhůtě podstatně delší, z důvodů nedostupnosti tohoto dílu. Byl jsem dotázán, zda mám o delší dobu opravy stále zájem. Potvrdil jsem, že zájem trvá. Donesl jsem tedy počítač do opravny, smířen s tím, že noťas delší dobu neuvidím. Po době, která odpovídala téměř původní lhůtě opravy mne překvapil telefonát z opravny a servisman mi oznámil, že oprava je hotova a že budu muset provést ještě drobné korekce v systému, až budu mít počítač zpět. Následně jsem si počítač vyzvedl. Byl navíc uvnitř i zevně vyčištěný. Dell opět chodí jako nový. Jsem moc spokojen jak s komunikací servisu, tak s jejich kvalitní prací. Díky přátelé. U mně máte za 1 s pěti hvězdičkou.
The replacement of the keyboard at the laptop went without any problems. First, when I wrote my written question, I was informed by phone and email of the price and time of the repair. After finding out about the availability of the keyboard at Dell, I was again called by a repairer that the time is currently significantly longer than the original time I was told, due to the unavailability of this part. I was asked if I was still interested in a longer repair period. I confirmed that the interest persists. So I brought the computer to a repair shop, reconciled that I wouldn't see the knife for a long time. After a time that almost matched the original repair period, I was surprised by a call from the repair shop, and the serviceman informed me that the repair was complete and that I would have to make some minor corrections to the system when I got the computer back. Then I picked up my computer. In addition, it was cleaned inside and out. Dell is walking like new again. I am very satisfied with both the communication of the service and their quality work. Thanks friends. You have 1 with five stars for me.

Excelent repair. I had fully poured bottle of water in my bag, unfortunatelly the liquid got into motherboard. This repair was really fast, proffesional and relatively cheap. Also they gave me a proforma for my company. RECOMMEND STRONGLY!

Think twice before bringing your PC there. I needed to change cooling paste in Prague and unfortunately this shop was near to my place. *Price problems chapter On their website price of this particular service was 300 czk, when I came to the workshop they told me that it is approximate and the actual price is around 600 czk. Ok no problem - I have left my laptop there and after some time they called me back with new price of 900 czk. This attitude towards customer was not appropriate to me and I refused their service. *Destroying my comp chapter They have returned my dell laptop but with a damaged display (!) Did they do it on purpose? I have turned it back, nicely asked to repare the comp. Finally they called me so I went to grab my beloved computer with new display which was with a lots of damaged pixel spots on it. A have asked them again to change the display. It took another week and afterwards I have received new display with new broken pixels and scratches (!) I thought the scratch could be somebody's hair and started to remove it with a piece of paper. When I have showed this defect to the shop staff he told me I did it right now with a piece of that paper (!) What? *Client service chapter Here they have refused to talk to me asked me to phone their vendor who is eventually doing repairs on behalf of epsonhp. Their next advice was to go to the Czech traid inspection (COI) or to the police. *PS Well that's my experience with them - never more. I hope they did not touch anything inside of PC? otherwise I am doomed cus it's my work PC...
