Repair trunk and footwear - Josef Vyskočil

I was repairing suitcases for the second time. Recommended by the airline, just this time I was not completely happy. The lady at the reception is a bit confused, they don't take the cards and they exchanged the ear of my suitcase, which after the exchange was completely different in appearance, although it is said to be better. But I think it would be nice to improve such info and offer options right away for receiving luggage for repair.

I brought suede shoes here to change the bollard. When I picked up my shoes, one of them was glued. After I alerted them to the defect, they had the shoes repaired there, however, they smeared a stain from the glue as a result, which can be seen even more. Not exactly cheap shoes, which originally looked like new ones up to the worn bollard, destroyed me.

Mr. Vyskočil has a great advantage, because he has almost a monopoly in Prague. That's why he has a secure business without much effort, I'm not talking about any customer approach at all. The main problem is the staff in the receipt / issue itself. The ladies are very chaotic, but well, maybe I was just unlucky. The repair of my suitcase involved 2 wheels and a closing clip. The lady wrote the whole thing together with my phone number in a notebook. She then wrote the thing on the suitcase ticket, again with my number. Because I wasn't sure if she understood the matter from her speech, the next day I called Mr. Vyskočil directly and explained the correction again, repeating that he should call me with the slightest doubt. He confirmed everything on the phone. He didn't call. After a week from the issue, they called to say that the suitcase was ready. The wheels are new and look decent, durability will be tested by time, so far they spin less than the original, but I don't rate it. The clip was not touched. The lady confirmed to me during the issue that she had it in her notebook, and if I wanted to, I should leave it there further, that she would try to explain it again to Mr. Vyskočil next week. In my polite refusal, she said that next time ... Overall, I think that Mr Vyskočil understands his craft and its prices reflect a monopoly position. Unfortunately, he is very well aware of the absence of an alternative and the dissatisfied or uninformed (it is possible that for some reason he refused to make the repair) the customer does not make him wrinkle.

Perfectly repaired wheels at the suitcases. Suitcases are even more stable than they were. Also replaced the broken pedestal at the trunk, without which the trunk prevailed and fell and now stands as a shell. I can only highly recommend perfect work and services
