T	Tv-doma Lg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefon místo opravy ještě více rozbili a svedli to na ti ze už to tak bylo a že je to už neopravitelne. Při odneseni telefonu jinam nám řekli že oprava jde udělat. V životě bych už tam nešla! Instead of repairing the phone, they broke it even more and blamed it on those already and it was irreparable. When we took the phone away, they told us that the repair could be done. I wouldn't go there in my life!

Určitě doporučuji .....přístup, rychlost a realizace na "1". Děkuji . RN Hello, where the authorized service in Ostrava tells that the expensive mobile phone is already unrepairable after the water leak so the guys from this company will make a repair at a reasonable price. Horší customer servisem jsem v životě nezažila, nikde. 3 dny po opravě je telefon v ještě horším stavu než před a podle pana všechno vím všechno znám a na zákazníky ***, jsem vše způsobila sama a reklamaci opravy neuznal. Kdyby měli ceny jak ve Vietnamské tržnici, dalo by se to pochopit, že kvalita práce je mizerná, ale takhle?? No nic, člověk se musí poučit, že lehké opravy je lepší si udělat doma, případně využít služeb v podstatě kohokoliv jiného. I wish she could give zero. I have never experienced worse customer service, nowhere. 3 days after the repair, the phone is in even worse condition than before and according to Mr. I know everything, I know everything about the customers ***, I caused everything myself and did not accept the complaint about the repair. If they had prices in the Vietnamese market, it would be understandable that the quality of work is lousy, but like this ?? Well, nothing, one must learn that light repairs are better to do at home, or use the services of basically anyone else.
L	Lukas Krones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chybí dochvilnost .. telefonicky jsem kontaktoval prodejnu jestli mají mojí baterii skladem a jestli je originál. Kupodivu jako jediní měli baterii v originálu a skladem. Dotyčnému jsem tedy řekl že jsi pro ní jedu. Hnal jsem se přes celé město že to stihnu jelikož mají mít do 17 a měl jsem jediný den volna. Přijedu v 16:56 a zavřeno ? Díky moc .. Asi se máte dobře když si můžete zavírat o něco dříve , a čekat na jednoho blbečka co si jede jen pro baterii není podstatné. Koupím jinde díky ,opravdu spokojenost. Byl jsem v tu chvíli úplně nadšený. Missing punctuality .. by phone I contacted the store if they have my battery in stock and if the original. Surprisingly, they were the only ones in the original and in stock. So I told the person you were going for her. I rushed across the city to make it because they have to 17 and I had a day off. Will I arrive at 16:56 and closed? Thanks a lot .. I guess you are good when you can close a little sooner, and waiting for one nerd going for the battery is not essential. I buy elsewhere thanks, really satisfaction. I was totally excited at the time.
r	robert balastik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max spokojen..Měl jsem problém s fotakem na mobilu špatně fotil...Napsal.jsem email jestli to dokážou opravit napsali jo na počkání..Došel jsem a za 15 minut byl telefon opraven..Paráda můžu tuto prodejnu odporucit...Ještě jednou díky..Určitě se stavím zase.. Max satisfied..I had a problem with the photo on my mobile phone took a bad photo ... I wrote an email if they can fix it, they wrote yes while waiting..I arrived and the phone was repaired in 15 minutes..I can recommend this store ... More thanks once..I will definitely stop again ..
