★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace ohledně nabídky parkovacího přístřešku byla pro mě zklamání... nabídka nereflektovala úplně zadání, matoucí položky jako např. dveře 100 mají skutečnou šířku 87, odpovědi na upřesnění jsem nedostal, doprava a montáž za extra položku 22 tis. bez DPH a musíte si zajistit sám kompletní stavební připravenost.... to nechcete jako zákazník shánět extra dělníky na betonáž základů pro sloupky a řešit případné dohady mezi dvěma firmami jestli to jeden nebo druhý neudělal jak bylo potřeba. Raději poptat přístřešek jinde, když začátek vypadá takto...

Ale stejně nad tím uvažuju.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si od Moderní garáže postavit montovanou garáž, s výsledkem jsem spokojen, před objednávkou jsem si byl vše prohlédnout, udělali si na mě čas, komunikace na jedničku. Bohužel firma nestihla termín, byl problém s dodáním od jejich dodavatele. Za zpoždění se mi omluvili a férově podle smlouvy odečetli sankci za prodlení dodávky. Montáž trvala řádově pár hodin. Cena byla poměrně vysoká, ale v konkurenci dřevěných staveb ještě přijatelná. Po nějakém čase dopíši, jak vše funguje. Garáž mám teprve 14 dní.
I had a prefabricated garage built by the Modern Garage, I am satisfied with the result, I was able to inspect everything before ordering, they made time for me, communication to number one. Unfortunately, the company missed the deadline, there was a problem with delivery from their supplier. They apologized to me for the delay and deducted a penalty for late delivery according to the contract. The assembly took several hours. The price was relatively high, but still acceptable in competition with wooden buildings. After a while, I'll write down how everything works. I only have the garage for 14 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal som si od nich záhradný domček. V konfigurátore som si jednoducho zadal parametre, ktoré som chcel a vytvoril som objednávku. Všetko prebehlo bez problémov. Záhradný domček mi prišli namontovať (základovú dosku som mal pripravenú) síce s oneskorením, ale v dnešnej Covid dobe mešká všetko, takže som z toho nerobil vedu. V priebehu jedného dňa bolo hotovo. Prišli ráno cca 8:00 a poobede 15:30 bolo všetko hotové. Vzal som si plechovú variantu bez zateplenia. Domček vypadá skutočne peve a kvalitne. Ale až čas ukáže, či to tak skutočne je. V tejto chvíli som maximálne spokojný a túto firmu len doporučujem. Dobrá práca.
I ordered a garden house from them. In the configurator, I simply entered the parameters I wanted and created an order. Everything went smoothly. The garden house came to me to be assembled (I had the base plate ready) with a delay, but in today's Covid time everything is delayed, so I didn't make it out of it. It was done in one day. They arrived around 8:00 in the morning and everything was done in the afternoon at 15:30. I took the sheet metal version without insulation. The house looks really solid and high quality. But only time will tell if this is really the case. At the moment, I am extremely satisfied and I only recommend this company. Good job.
