★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling to Prague, a single mum with two little kids and I was a bit scared of the un/availibility of service/equipment for children in this city. With Modry andel everything went just smoothly, whenever I call to book a taxi, which was at least 10 times during my stay in Prague, they always had child seats available and sent me drivers, who were really nice and helpful. Thank you Modry Andel. I will definitely recommend you futher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable. Lies about arrival times of cars when whether is bad. No show most of the time early in the morning when you live a bit outside Prague. I've used them on a weekly basis for a while and after several incidents it's enough. Others are better.

The booking process was simple.
The prices were exactly as described.
I will probably never return to Prague, otherwise I would take another airport transfer with the company Andel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top quality taxi service in Prague! I recommend this service, as you can be 100% sure your money and yourself will be absolutely safe. All the drivers use taxameters, have good manners and clean cars, you can also pay by credit card and order your taxi via a mobile app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to set up an account with a foreign phone number, for my elderly father. He would
order the ride, I would pay. However due to 2 factor authentication (which is great), that allows only Czech phone numbers I am not able to set it up and use the services. Another difficulty is that if I cannot use the app, I cannot pay via PayPal, Venmo or any other app, ‘faktura’ does not work for US. However your director was extremely helpful.
Please set up an account with PayPal so my father can use your services and I can pay per PayPal or Venmo or... Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this service for a while and even though it was expensive I liked it. Good cars, polite drivers. Stopped using it after discovering that they rate their passages through the app. So I’m paying very high price for the ride! I’m quite and calm customer . But still they can rate me low if they don’t like something or I didn’t leave tips or made them wait. Shame!
